Baby & Newborn Photoshoot in Salem
Tiny fingers, sleepy yawns, first smiles and first birthdays — gentle, patient photography of your little one's earliest milestones.
Babies set the pace of a baby photoshoot, not the photographer. We plan sessions around feeding and nap times, keep the room warm and quiet, and take breaks as often as your baby needs. Impixer photographs newborns, babies and children's birthdays for families across Salem and nearby cities, with the same natural, candid style families already know from our wedding work.

Newborn photoshoots
The sleepy, curled-up newborn photographs most parents love are easiest in the first two weeks, so it helps to contact us before your due date and confirm once your baby arrives. Sessions are calm and slow: your baby is fed and warm, parents stay within reach at all times, and every pose is gentle and simple. We never force a pose — if your baby is not settling, we wait or try again another day.
Milestone and first-birthday shoots
Babies change every few weeks. Many families book short milestone sessions at three, six and nine months — first smile, sitting up, crawling — and a first-birthday shoot to finish the year. A cake-smash or themed setup is fun for the first birthday, but simple portraits with parents and grandparents are often the photographs families treasure most.
Birthday parties and family functions
For a birthday party, naming ceremony or ear-piercing function, we cover the event candidly — the decorations, the cake, the games and every relative who came — and finish with family group photos. A short highlight video can be added. The same team that photographs weddings across Salem brings that experience to smaller family celebrations.
Safety and comfort come first
A baby shoot should never be stressful for the baby or the parents. We keep sessions short, use soft natural light wherever possible, avoid any pose that needs a baby to be balanced or held in place unsafely, and let parents handle the baby whenever they prefer. The goal is honest, warm photographs of your child as they really are.
